Sáng ngày 28/05/2023, Kỳ thi Đánh giá năng lực (ĐGNL) của Đại học Quốc gia Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (ĐHQG-HCM) đợt 2 đã diễn ra tại Thành phố Đà Nẵng, Trường Đại học Công nghệ Thông tin và Truyền thông Việt – Hàn (VKU), Đại học Đà Nẵng, là 1 trong 3 điểm thi, bao gồm 3 hội đồng thi số 29, 30, 31 với 2.500 thí sinh dự thi đến từ các tỉnh khu vực miền Trung - Tây Nguyên.

In 2023, VKU enrolled 1,500 indicators for 14 majors/training majors to meet the demand for high-quality human resources in the 4th industrial revolution, including: Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Design, Networking and Information Security, Business Administration, Logistics and Digital Supply Chain Management, Digital Travel and Tourism Services Management, Digital Financial Management, Information Technology Project Management,... In particular, the admission rate according to the competency assessment of VNU-HCM is 5%, the admission time is expected from April 15 to May 31, 2023.

Candidates for the 2nd VNU-HCM competency assessment still have the opportunity to apply admission to VKU according to the method of VNU-HCM assessment results by registering for admission at the link https://ts.udn.vn/nluc/reghdan.aspx?iddot=105&madot= 77888, UDN will base on the highest score of candidates (1st and 2nd phase) for admission.

For candidates who are admitted to VKU by the competency assessment result with a score above 1,000, they will be considered for financial support equivalent to 50% of the tuition fee for the first 02 semesters of the course.

The competency assessment of VNU-HCM focuses on assessing students basic competencies for university study such as language use, logical thinking, data processing, and problem solving. The test form consists of 120 multiple-choice questions with a 150-minute test time. The competency assessment test form of VNU-HCM consists of 3 parts: Language Using; Mathematics, logical thinking, data analysis and Problem solving in order to evaluate the basic competencies for students to study at university. The test focuses on the ability to deduce and solve problems, not the ability to memorize. Taking the competency assessment exam will help candidates have more opportunities to be elected into the course and University fixed with their choice.

Through many times helping to organize VNU-HCM competency assessment, VKU has received a lot of attention and positive feedback from candidates as well as parents, VKU always tries to create the best conditions for candidates and parents to make the exam fully and successfully.
